Rosie, if all my years dealing with trikers has taught me one thing it is that if people really want to attend an event, it doesn't matter where you have it. If they want to find an excuse not to attend, it doesn't matter if you have it in their back yard, they aren't going to be there. I think we should support our own and have it at Shoals Bend. We actually have about as many members in that area as we do anywhere else and everyone knows that Jack and Denise are always willing to help out and I think everyone will agree that we aren't going to find better hosts or a nicer campground.
NEED SUGGESTIONS ON POSSIBLE SITES FOR OUR OMT TRIKE IN. CHAPEL GROVE IS NOT AVAILABLE TO US THIS YEAR. TOMORROW WE'RE LOOKING AT CHIPMUNK CROSSING CAMPGROUND JUST SOUTH OF WEST PLAINS ON ROUTE 17. IT'S GOT 17 SITES PLUS TENTING SITES. WE'RE MEETING THERE @ 1:30 IF ANYONE ELSE WOULD LIKE TO CHECK IT OUT. THEN WE'RE OFF TO SEE WILD HOGS AT 4 IF ANYONE ELSE WOULD LIKE TO JOIN US. IT'S A GOOD SHOW - AND GIGGLES WILL BE HEADING THINGS UP THERE FOR US! IF THERE'S ANY CAMPGROUND YOU CAN CHECK OUT, PLEASE DO AND BRING THE INFO TO THE MEETING.
