Please know this information is not public knowledge yet. We felt we owed it to the people who had already made reservations at Shoals Bend to give them first dibs on sites at the new place. I think you guys are going to love the new campground, other then the fact it is in Branson but I have already found a way to "sneak" in the back way and miss all the traffic. It is right across the street from "Odies" that great restaraunt where we had lunch a few years ago when we were all meeting here at out place in the spring. If you come in the back way, which is 186 across Table Rock Dam and just stay on 186, it takes you right to the campground. Very little traffic to contend with. They have almost 200 RV sites so having enough room won't be a problem. We are going to miss having part of the family as our host but maybe Jack and Denise will have sold their campground by then and can come party with us.
THE BOSS LADY CALLED ME BACK - DJ AND TARA ARE GOING TO RIDE WITH US ON SUNDAY AND THEY'D LIKE TO DO THE VAN BUREN RESTARAUNT RIDE. SO FORGET THE BRANSON LOOK SEE RIDE FOR NOW. SHE, ALSO, WOULD LIKE FOR EVERY BODY TO TAKE A LOOK AT THE SITES OVER BY THE PAVILLION ON OUR CAMPGROUND MAP. SO - THAT'S THE INFO AS I KNOW IT NOW - BUT IT'S SUBJECT TO CHANGE - AFTER ALL BARB AND I ARE WOMEN!
THE BOSS HAS ASKED ME TO POST THIS: SINCE WE'VE GOT TO BOOK OUR RESERVATIONS AT THE KOA IN BRANSON - HOW ABOUT WE TRY TO GET SITES CLOSE TO EACH OTHER AS WE HAVE DONE AT SHOALS BEND. HE (DALE) HAS SUGGESTED THAT WE TRY TO GET SITES 147 - 151 OR 155 -AND UP. WHATTCHA ALL THINK???? IT LOOKS LIKE A NICE PLACE. BARB CALLED OVER THERE AND GOT SOME PARTICULARS - IF ANYONE HAS QUESTIONS - SHE'S VERY KNOWLEDGABLE! HE (DALE) WAS ALSO THINKING MAYBE WE SHOULD TAKE A RIDE OVER THERE THIS WEEKEND AND CHECK IT OUT.
