Jim and I just purchased a Chevy Cobalt. Our 1997 Crown Victoria is for sale. 147,000 miles and regularly maintained. Bought new. Just wanting something with better gas mileage. If you know someone wanting a decent car for under $3,000 let us know. 417-683-9096.  Lady

Lady is talking "new car". Wonder if she would consider a new 57 Chevy. Would rather have it than anything on the road today. When I started at Deere in 1969, I had a '57 two door hardtop. Worked there 30 years and when I retired I couldn't afford a '57 two door hardtop. Don't guess my wages kept up with inflation too well (smile).
