On BTW Forum you said that you have been here about 10 years and have never got a ny money from WRVEC . Well we have been here nearly 18 years and never heard of it before. We got $96. back. I Think that they have built all the new buildings that they can. This is for 2007 and 2008 . This might just pay half of my next bill if they dont raise the rates.
