Don - I just logged in as you and got exactly the same thing you were getting. I think the thing with the number of characters in the password is a default setting of some kind. I changed it to the password you sent me and it still shows the same number of characters. If I were you, I would delete the account and start all over again. Don't know if it would help but it can't hurt. May had to use a different email address like a hotmail account or something.
