Rosie, Us oldtimers would never be able to keep up with that silver Wing. Looks like it is made for long distance comfort. Has Cleon figured out how to turn off the intercom yet? Lady's intercom involves a slap long-side the back of my head at anything over 70.
You are right Lefty. It could have always been a whole lot worse. Motor in the VW trike shot craps on the way to the meeting in Gainesville yesterday. It could have easliy waited a couple of weeks to when I was on the Geezer Ride. It sucked a ring and holed a piston. Not much of a problem when the trike is back in my shop but would have been a major issue sitting alongside the Natchez Trace somewhere in Mississippi. Ya gotta be thankful for the small things in life, like a fully equipped shop when you really need it.
