Speaking of good places to eat in Florida. They have all them "nude" cafes they advertise along the interstate (takes your mind off the bad food) and I know a topless bar in Daytona where they have an all you can eat smorgsboard on Wednesday nights. Not sure what they serve on a smorgsboard in a topless bar though. We are off to Hawaii tomorrow, where everyone thinks good eatin' is a hog cooked in a pit, dug in the ground. Not sure how they get that one past the health department. I think getting together during the winter months is a great idea. All we have to do is figure a time when everyone is going to be home to do it or when we want to meet, so we can talk about the ones who aren't there (smile).
Do we know some places to eat at in Florida. Do you think we got into this kind of shape by eating my cooking. Heck NO! We know a place that is a buffet, it is all you can eat lobster, crab,prime rib and lots more the price is $19.95. Then there is a chinese place that has 250 items and is very good. If you all want we will be going on the cruise the 21st of January and we will be leaveing Port Canaveral then when we get back everyone can go with Rosie and Cleon. If you all can't make it in January maybe February will work better. If you make plans to go out and eat before we leave for Florida let us know. We would never pass up a chance to go out and eat.
I THINK WE SHOULD START THINKING ABOUT WHERE WE WANT TO HAVE OUR JANUARY GET TOGETHER AND LUNCH. YOU KNOW ME ALWAYS WONDERING WHERE THE NEXT MEAL IS COMING FROM! SUE MENTIONED SOMETHING ABOUT MEXICAN IN BRANSON? YOU GUYS GET YOUR THINKING CAPS ON AND DECIDE. I KNOW THE WEATHER CAN BE IFFY IN JANUARY - SO MAYBE WE'LL HAVE TO DO A SPUR OF THE MOMENT PLAN.
MAYBE GARY AND JUDY CAN SCOUT OUT SOME GOOD FOOD IN FLORIDA AND WE CAN GET TOGETHER THERE IN JANUARY??????? OR IF YA ALL WANT TO YOU CAN BOOK ON OUR CRUISE WITH US - LEAVING GALVASTON JAN. 28 ----- ?????
