Anything that gives you an excuse to eat can't be all bad. Thanks for the great company. I am sure that Dale is still resting up from his stint as Santa. Lot of work for an old country boy to do in a whole year much less one night. Maybe next time we need an excuse to go out to eat with you guys, we could just say that Gary's trike broke down. Would save wear and tear on the tow bar and might not give the neighbors reason to gossip either.
Hey Jim - it didn't work out so bad. We all got to go out to eat together when you came to pick it up. And I'm sure if Dale knew that he had 2 trikes headed his way that day - he'd probably thank you for the troubles! Especially knowing it was us! Haha! Actually we gave all the neighbors something to talk about - I stayed with Gary and the trike and Cleon and Judy took off on our trike to get the car - I'm sure the jumpin' rubber lines were just a jumpin'!
You forget, you are living in the Ozarks now and shoes are considered optional equipment. I think I have found the problem with your trike. It doesn't want to go to your house and then have you leave it alone there while you go off to Florida. Maybe you should consider cancelling your trip. I am sure that one of us will be glad to go in your stead. I would volunteer, but I have a couple of slave drivers that are insisting that they want a trike to ride, so I have to stay here. Any otehr volunteers????
Jim we know that you was just trying to help us loose some weight before we go on our cruise, so the walk does us good. Gary said the only problem is we have worn-out our shoes so when you get the new carb, maybe you can get us a new pair of shoes. OK so maybe we are pushing it a little.
Gary and Judy's new trike is going to get an award for traveling the most miles between Ava and West Plains with the key in the "off" position. I fix it, they come get it, drag it home, go for a ride and walk back home. Actually I am trying to see that they get plenty of exercise. The most recent culprit is a new Weber carb that wants to dump huge quanities of gas into the motor, fouling the plugs in the process. I really appreciate their patience and understanding. It has to be frustrating to have a new toy you can't play with. I guess I am going to have to put some test miles on it this time in spite of the cold (brrrr). We will have all the bugs worked out by spring so they can join the rest of OMT is their quest to find the perfect place to eat.
