Just a little etiquette to help keep our OMT family happy. Please ask these three questions before saying something to someone that may or may not concern you.
1. Is it true?
2. Is it kind?
3. Is it necessary?
If you can't honestly reply "yes" to the above three questions, best to keep it to yourself. Also, remember to believe none of what you hear and only half of what you see. There are other halves of conversations not heard or extenuating circumstances you may not have all the facts about or basically not your place to get involved with. We are a family and family doesn't always see eye to eye but I believe we care enough about each other to never want to pit one member against another. I believe if any of us have a bit of a problem with another, we care enough to go to that person personally and work it out, hug and move on.
