Usually when you empty out your nest, you are called broke not bachelors. Sometimes it is a toss up whether it is cheaper to keep them or help them move out, but the peace and quiet is sure nice. Congrats on getting your house back. Might be something to think about for the new one. A few less bedrooms. A few nights on a roll away usually convinces them it is time to move on (smile).
