Rosie - VW motors are known for smoking when they are first started up, especially when they have been sitting for a while (I know that is the first thing I do every morning too). It is because oil sits in the heads and leaks past the valve seals. That is one of the pitfalls of running a flat motor. Nothing to worry about as long as it comes out of it after it warms up. Rosie, it's not me that wants that narrow back seat with the airbag attacted! Also, I learned in High school to stay out of the back seat with those type of girls that just want to use us sweet young fellers. All us good boys keep are hands on the steering wheel or handle bars where they belong when we have Ladies on the back. Remember that is when we have LADIES on the back.
