Being human and being a family, it can't be perfect every day. Things have been pretty darn fine with OMT for a long time and as friends, and as a family, we'll always have "ups" and "downs" but it doesn't mean we don't care or can't work things out. Working through the "downs" just makes us stronger to enjoy the "ups". Sure would hate to think my family would give up on me during a "down" time. Like I said in an earlier post, life is short and I for one don't see anything we can't work through. Hope to see you all soon with smiles ad bugs on your teeth. Love and Light, Lady

ACTIVITIES DIRECTOR IS UP FOR GRABS, TOO. I'M NOT VERY GOOD AT DIRECTING OR ACTIVITIES FOR THAT MATTER! CLEON AND I HAVE TALKED ABOUT IT LATELY, AND WE JUST WANT TO RIDE.
For all those members of OMT who don't know. When someone thinks they want to go on a ride or just get together, we just post it on the OMT forrum. Usually if we think we want to go on a ride on the weekend someone starts to mention it about wednesday and we watch the weather from there. By friday it is usually anounced if we are going to get together for a ride and where to meet. If you want to join us, just post a quick statment telling us so that we know to look for you. We are not baby sitters, so you have to be close to on time, and we are not going to call everyone every time we want to ride. If you want to join us you need to do your part, just like we do and look to the forrum. We have heard it through the grapevine that some of you out there think we have a click going. I'm here to say that we don't. Everybody is more then welcome to go with us anytime we have a ride or just meet at a resturant for breakfast or whatever. I personally am trying to include everyone in the news letter. I know that many of you probably feel like I put the same people in there all the time. As I explained at the last meeting, those people do stuff all the time to get there. I need to be around you more to get the dirt on you, so join us when we do things, and be stupid and I will get you. Also participatuion on the forrum helps. We are sometimes invited by Bikers United to do stuff. Sometimes we do and sometimes we don't. We also sometimes ride with the president of Bikers United, just on GP, because they are friends and live just up the road from us and we catch them down town and make a split decision to ride together, on a non event ride. Sometimes 2 of us get together on the spur of the moment. I'm sure that all of you have non official rides that you go on where you don't invite everyone from OMT. Larry and I ride with other people that don't belong to any organizations. We are not trying to exclude anyone. If you want to ride POST it on the forrum. If you just want to ride with just Larry and I, send an email. Larry invites anyone with any amount of wheels or fast feet to ride with us. I know that I can speak for most OMT'ers, if its a good day and we want to ride, everyone is welcome to join us. You can join in at anytime and split off at anytime.
On a personal note, elections are comming up in September, I believe. All who are officers now can be replaced, if you want it. The OMT copy machine is easily moved. So anyone who wants any officers job needs to put your name in for the election. Atom Ant may run for secretary, and he is only 16 and doesn't have a trike yet. None of us will feel bad if we are replaced.
