Gee, sure wish we were getting to go on Friday, but I have to work again this weekend and Jeff has to go to Tulsa for work.  Sure wish I could find a job that is Monday-Friday.  Sounds like it is going to be a liitle cool this weekend, so stay warm and dry.  Lisa

I think it will be too cold on the pumpkin for you to leave at 10 - but we can be there by 9:30 if that's when you plan on leaving us behind.

Dale - The next time I catch Lady's cat on the hood of my truck, I may need a receipe for cat steak. What part of a cat does the steak come from anyway? I always kind of figured that a 'fillet mignon' had to be a feline cut of meat of some kind.

Dale - I knew we were right about all that non-American food. We went to Forsyth yesterday to check out the swap meet and Lady talked me into stopping at the new Mexican restaraunt in town (well actually she bribed me with promises of a margaritta). Anyway, I managed to choke down something of dubious origin they passed off as an Enchilada (never was sure what Enchilada meant). I actually believe it was Siamese though. About 2am, I developed the worst case of heart burn I had ever experienced. At 2:10am the Enchilada was spread all over the ground below the deck behind the house. Just glad I made it that far. So, I am off anything that doesn't have "Made in the US" on the can and I refuse to eat in any restaraunt that doesn't have an American flag hanging above the door. I am really surprised that the ASPCA doesn't picket Chinese and Mexican restaraunts.

OK - I'LL MAKE SURE DALE KNOWS.  ISN'T HE A GOOD ROAD CAPTAIN?  OMT IS WELL REPRESENTED WITH DALE LEADING THE WAY!  IT PROBABLY WOULDN'T BE MUCH FUN FOR YOU GUYS TRAILING BEHIND US IN THE MOTORHOME WITH THE TRAILER, TOO.  BUT I'M SURE DALE WILL MAKE SURE TO PROVIDE STEAKS FOR YOU GUYS.

MAYBE IF EVERYONE LISTS HOW THEY LIKE THEIR STEAKS DONE, DALE WILL GET EVERYONE'S.

CAN'T WAIT TILL FRIDAY.

P.S. HOPE YOU'RE NOT MAD AT ME DALE FOR LETTING THE CAT OUTTA THE BAG.  I KNOW YOU'D PLANNED ON SURPRISING EVERYONE, BUT YOU REALLY NEED TO KNOW HOW MUCH TO ORDER AND HOW THEY LIKE THEIR STEAKS COOKED.

If Dale is buying the steaks, maybe we can take an alternative route, other wise we will be headed up Hwy 63 to the Interstate at Rolla. Not sure what time we are going to get out of here but we should be there before night fall. Maybe you guys taking the route from West Plains can grab a doggie bag whereever you are stopping. I am sure we are going to be hungry after that long haul. I like my steaks medium rare.
