Fuzzy - There is a piece of land just 1/2 mile down the road from us, on the paved road. It is advertised as 10 acres, has a site on it that was once used for a mobile home. Power and a well (of questionable use) are already there. The owner is asking 30K for it which is about twice what it is worth but they may be negotiable. I can send you a phone number if you want to talk to them about it.

Hi All , i am looking for some land to purchase , Looking for 1 to 5 Acres ,The things i need  is it to have a good access road to it  and Power.if it is completly covered with trees is ok. Looking in the Douglas County  and Surounding area , Thanks for any Help
