Dale - It is going to be a pretty long drive back to Alton with your tail between your legs when the Bears whoop the Colts this afternoon. With my luck lately, the TV will go on the fritz about game time. Maybe I should go into town and buy a back-up just in case. Would hate to have to read about the Bear's victory in tomorrow's paper. Hope you guys have a great time at the Super Bowl party. Maybe I should have Fay bring down some crow so Dale can eat it with his potato salad (smile).
We are sorry that we are not going to be able to make it. We have frozen pipes in the office, no water in the pipes but the toilet froze and overflowed and plenty of water there all over the floor. Also our microwave blew up and Jim had to install a new one, and of course, nothing fit so he had a lot of creative carpentry to do. We have been very busy in the office also - had over $1,200 in renewals come in yesterday and today and are already working on the next mag. Lots of Pre-registrations are coming in also (yeah). With my trips to Illinois and Jim's trips to the doc for his procedure this week we have been out of the office quite a bit so we have to make hay while the sun is shining and making hay is hard to do when you have to drag your @#$% leg behind you. Sure hope you will all have a great time and root for the Bears. Neighbor Tom will be watching the game with Jim. I'll be baking for the Valentine's Party and Linda is working. Hi, I talked to Brenda this morning, She said the roads are clear. I think you should let them know if you are coming so they will know how many country ribs to smoke,They have to be smoked before 3:00pm. I am taking potato salad, Hope to see all of you tomorrow at 3:00pm. Fay
