Hey Rosie girl you guys don't have anything on the ol hdg he has had on of them (BAD BOYS) for years but right now it is under my bed confuse.gif why you ask? cause the last time I used it I stayed upside toooooo lonnnnggg an got a lil DIZZY ashamed.gif but I would stay on it for about 45min to an hour at a time. The more you use it the longer it takes to make you suffer biggrin.gif PS but I actually think it helpes my ol back when I use it (BUT) hdg ain't got one of them> SILLY< bat thingy hats? just kidding an enjoy the ride hdg
