Hey Crash - I'm glad HER was able to bring back a car for you - it kinda sounded to me like HER just might leave you there - haha. Too bad about breaking down, though.
Just received my complaint form from the Chamber of Commerce in the mail today, plan on sending it out tomorrow. I hope EVERYONE calls and requests a complaint form and sends it in. I know it won't help what happened to us this past weekend but maybe we can shake him up a little.
I also found the website for the Better Business Bureau that has jurisdiction over Gravois Mills. There is a complaint form that you can fill out online and I have just finished doing so. They say they will pass it on to the business and they give them 10 working days to respond. If anyone else would like to also file a complaint here is the information you will need.

Had a great time this past weekend, even if we did break down 75 miles from home and had to wait 3 hours for HER to go home and get the car so we could drag it home.
