A prisoner, given the death sentence, has filed a lawsuit against the state of Missouri saying the state does not obtain a legal prescription for the drugs used to execute people and the drugs are administered by non-medical personal. What is he afraid of, the drugs won't work the way they are supposed to??? Would be a shame to come out of an execution alive. That's just not fair!!!!! After all, we promised him we were going to kill him.
