Hi Sheri and Jerry...I hope Sheri is reading all these notes to you. Carl and I join with all the others in our prayers for a full recovery for Jerry and a quick and successful transplant for your daughter.
You guys have sure had the hardships poured on you this past year or so, and through it all you have kept a positive attitude and pitched in to do more than your share in whatever job needed to be done. Jerry, we love you...and the website, the trike building and the MO Director's job are not as important as your health. Fretting over them will not help. Just let it go for now and take care of yourself.
We cannot see things from God's view so it is hard to understand and accept the had things that come into our lives. But I believe that God is merciful and He only allows certain things to happen because we are all free agents and we are human. But I also believe that all things work out eventually for good to those who love Him.
Please stay strong in your faith, and don't allow yourself to stress out on the things you can't do right now.
HI Jerry sheri Hey guys thats enough bad luck for now. we are going to have to change that to goodluck for you guys, make that a newyears resolution no more bad just all GOOD luck. Hang tough PA. later Don H
If you want the real deal that is what Jerry is all about. And in the face of all this it is others that Jerry is conserned about . Through the hardships of the past 2 years for both Jerry and Sheri the lord's plan in their lives is in progress , how the outcome will be is yet to be decided or revlealed to us. We can offer our good thoughts and prayers keep in touch and support them in every way. Jerry is a fighter and will make the proverbialable lemonaid out of the lemon's given to him. I will do my share of prayers for the family as a group and joined togather with others the lord's will will be done.
No distance will lessen power of the big hug I am sending to Jerry. Steve Durham
Sometimes we just don't understand why God puts so much on our shoulders, but they always say he never puts more than what we can handel. This is to let you know that you are not in it alone, I know that all of OMT is praying for all of you. Gary and I are praying very hard that everything will work out. Hang in there.
BARB & I ARE IN PRAYER FOR JERRY, SHERI, & SHERI'S DAUGHTER FOR SURE. LIKE ROSIE & CLEON, IF THERE IS ANYTHING WE CAN DO LET US KNOW. HARD DEAL, DALE & BARB
I just got a call from Sheri Ducker and she informs me Jerry had a series of small strokes over the last couple of days and it has caused his eyesight to become almost non existant. She has brought him home from the hospital because they say there is nothing they can do for him right now. He is worrying himself about not being able to work on the computer or finish the trikes he is building. He is also fretting about his State Director responsibilities. Sheri's 34 year old daughter is now on the list for a heart transplant also. It is hard to believe such good people can have so much trauma in their lives. Please send them notes, prayers and love.
