Tommy Helm, a member of the Twin Lake Trikers in Mountain Home, recently fell into a fire and was severely burned. He received 2nd and 3rd degree burns over much of his body and face. He is in very critical condition at a hospital in Springfield. They are keeping him in an induced coma and, I just got word, that he may not make it. If he does, they are talking of amputating one of his arms and the fingers of the other hand. Johnny Armillo, the Twin lakes Director, said if Tommy doesn't make it, the family has requested that as many trikers as possible attend his funeral. I have met Tommy a few times and he was a very dedicated triker and a really nice guy. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers. I will keep everyone informed of any news I hear.
