I didn't realize that Dale was such a great salesman. $50,000 is a lot of money. He did good and Rosie and Crittor want to pick on him anyway. Of course once he deducts his commission, storage fees, handling charges, transfer fees, and special assessment fees, that leaves Rosie just about enough money to pay for that free supper she is promising him. But as long as she is happy, the buyer is happy and Dale gets the title, that is what is really important.
