OMT's Secretary's Minutes for Meeting May 20th, 2006

The meeting was called to order at 1:20pm. By the Director.We had 28 at the meeting. Our newest member is Glen Joslin from Gainesville, Mo. We had 5 visitors. Duane & Robin, BTW members from Springfield, Mo, Nicole & Kelli Smith who are Larry & Chris's granddaughters, Shanah Bradley from Gainesville,Mo.

The Director welcomed all to the meeting.

Sunshine report - Sue told who she sent cards to.

BTW Report - Lady reported on final preparation for trike week.

Old Business - Discussed ride that we are having at trike week, Talked about Theme Basket for auction.

New Business - Voted to buy a large coffee pot for our trike-in. We decided not to have a regular meeting in June. If needed we will have a meeting at trike week.

50/50 dwg was 30.50 and won by Mickey Roades and donated back to OMT.

Next regular meeting will be July 15th at 1:00pm at Vaughts Family Restaurant in gainesville, Mo

I think we all should keep in mind the little things that make trike riding safe. It is verry important because we have become a very close family. We are having a representitive from Air Vac come to our meeting on the 15th of July.
